The Rudolf Spider Bomb is so named because of it’s red nose. It’s a very attractive weighted wet fly nymph.

If you’re planning a festive trip to the river, why not take a Rudolf?
Christmas aside, this fly has a lot going for it as far as the Chub are concerned, it seems to encourage those fish feeding on small fry or minnows.
I like to use it when there’s a Pike in my swim – the bigger Chub seem to hang around and Mr. Isox is not interested in this fly.
