The Misty K brasshead nymph is another in my collection of soft hackled weighted nymphs. This is another attractor Chub fly.
Tied on a size 12 wet fly hook, the Misty K has a guinea fowl soft hackle died blue and a very buggy blue-grey dubbed body wrapped with some reflective blue foil.
This pattern can be effective when Chub or Perch are hunting small fry and minnows.
