Jessica’s Rainbow is a small streamer bug used to attract hungry Chub.
Originally tied in Latvia and fished in the Mēmele river on the Latvian / Lithuanian border.
As far as streamers go, this is a small example often tied on size 14, 12 or 10 hooks. The weight is provided by a bead at the head which can be of various sizes and made of brass, tungsten or stainless steel.
